Thank you for your interest in looking to purchase my work. Prints can be purchased online via the gallery pages of the website, at a range of prices and sizes. Prices include shipping costs to the UK and secure payment is via Stripe which accepts all major credit and debit cards. Please make contact if you would like to discuss alternative methods of payment or discuss international shipping.
Packages are normally shipped within a 10 days of placing the order and you will receive personal notification in the event of a delivery being delayed.
1-Year Money Back Guarantee
My aim is for you to be happy with your purchase and to enjoy displaying my work. Therefore if you are not happy with your purchase you can return it for refund or exchange for up to one year from date of purchase. This guarantee is subject to the detail contained in the ‘Returns’ section below. .
Lifetime Fade-Free Warranty
All prints are made by myself on 100% cotton rag papers using fade-free inks, and are guaranteed against fading for the lifetime of the print – your artwork purchase is something to enjoy for years to come.
Hand-Signed
All artwork is hand-signed on the print and can optionally be signed on the mount. The signature on the print is covered by the mount, and is there in case you decide to re-mount the print at a later date. All work also comes with a hand-signed certificate of authenticity.
Shipping Guarantee
Prints are shipped in sturdy packaging designed to ensure that your photo is delivered defect free. In the unlikely event that the artwork becomes damaged during transit then please return the damaged item to have a new piece shipped free of charge.
Behind the Lens Narrative
If you wish to know a bit more about your print and the circumstances of the image then please let me know. I will gladly provide you with details of the image and satisfy your curiosity.
Additional Information
Framed prints are not currently available through the on-line system, but should you have a particular requirement for a framed print then please contact me to discuss the options available.
I also welcome all other enquiries regarding the use of my photos – be that purchase of a print size unavailable through the on-line ordering system, licensing of an image for publication, or use of an image for stock. Again, please contact me to discuss your own personal requirements.
Returns
Each and every purchase is covered by a one year money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase then you can return the item and your money can be refunded or the artwork exchanged. This applies only to pieces that have not been modified or re-matted after delivery and your piece must be in like-new condition when it is received.
This offer only applies to fine art prints. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and if you have purchased multiple pieces and wish to return them for a refund you will need to ship your pieces back all at the same time. Your return needs to be insured and traceable and each return must be agreed prior to it being sent. Returns for which there has been no notification or returns that have not been approved, cannot be refunded.
